Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting Cum Board Election

The Board of Directors election of the Flying Disc Federation of Hong Kong, China will be conducted in the 2024 Annual General Meeting on Sunday, 19 May 2024,9:00a.m., in Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Below refer to the 2024 Board of Directors Election Procedure for the nomination requirements and election procedures.

Nomination closing date & time: 23:59 (Hong Kong Time) on 12 April 2024 (Friday)

All candidates (current directors or other nominated individuals) must complete the application form and submit it by email to admin@hkfdf.com or by mail, in a sealed envelope with the label "2024 Board of Directors Election Form," to HKFDF office at Room 1202, Mega Trade Centre, 1 Mei Wan Street, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, before 23:59 on April 12, 2024 (Hong Kong time). Candidates may also personally submit their applications to our office. Late submissions or incomplete documents will not be accepted.

Kindly be informed that there will be certain alterations made to the election procedures for the Board of Directors in the year 2024. Eight open positions for the Board of Directors election:

One director specializing in Ultimate Frisbee and two directors specializing in Dodge Disc will serve until the year 2026.
One director specializing in Dodge Disc, term ending in 2025. (To facilitate a smoother transition, the term for this position will be one year, and it will be resume to a 2 year term starting from next AGM.)
Three directors (General Position), term ending in 2026.
One director (General Position), term ending in 2025. (To fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Mr. Lincoln Cheung, a candidate will fill the role until 2025 AGM. )
